TERM AND USE
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This information applies to all purchases made online or offline from A1 Binding Products, Inc. (A1 Binding Products).
By accepting charge(s) of any product made from A1 Binding Products customers (buyers) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify, or amend these terms and conditions by the customer will be considered as material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are void with or without customer's acknowledgement. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without prior written notice to the customer(s). Therefore, please read these terms and conditions carefully before each order with A1 Binding Products, Inc.
ORDER INFORMATION
PACKAGE QUANTITIES
Our online products are sold either individually or in case quantity. Some products are sold in case quantities in order to help reduce packaging and shipping costs, to make order fulfillment efficient, and to keep our prices low. Please check the package quantities carefully, before you place your online order.
PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice. For all prices, products and offers, A1 Binding Products, Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments. Prices herein are for reference purposes and do not constitute an agreement to sell. We will notify you before shipping your order when there is an increase in any price. Please call for quotes on high volume pricing.
MINIMUM ORDERS
We have a minimum order amount of $40.00 for all phone, faxed or mailed orders.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All online purchases usually ship within 1 to 3 business days from our Southern California Location (excludes weekends and holidays). Occasionally, an item may be out of stock, resulting in a back order. A1 Binding Products will make every effort to ship all products within 3 business days from the first business day that the order was placed. Depending on the items on back order, we may hold the whole order or may ship back orders separate. A1 Binding Products may need to contact you prior to shipping. If, for any reason, we cannot reach you, your order will be placed on hold. If an item will take longer than 5 business days to ship, we will contact the customer.
SALES TAX
A1 Binding Products, Inc. will charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered or shipped to addresses within the State of California. Any claims for tax exemption status must be made before the order is placed. A California Resale Certificate can be downloaded from our site, under "Customer Forms", and must be faxed to our office for validation. All accounts with valid certificates on file will be non-taxable, and it is the buyer's responsibility to inform A1 Binding Products, prior to ordering, if an item is not for resale. Customers are responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country. A1 Binding Products will not issue credit of withheld tax once an order is processed.
ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with a parent or guardian. A1 Binding Products reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Credit card charges are not submitted until time of shipping.
We can ship orders C.O.D., but we only accept Cashiers Checks or Money Orders. We reserve the right to hold the order until the check clears. A $25.00 fee will apply to any returned check, as well as any additional collection fees.
Net 30-Day Terms are available upon credit approval. Our credit application can be downloaded from our site, under "Customer Forms". All credit applications must be filled out completely, and can take up to 14 days to process. Net Terms apply aggregately to all orders
with A1 Binding Products, both products and services.

All Net-30 Day Term invoices are due, in full, within 30 days from the invoice date. Any accounts past due, may be subject to finance charges. A1 Binding Products reserves the right to place any account on hold, if the account is past due or exceeds the credit limit.
CANCELING ORDERS
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you must call our customer service department before the order has been shipped. Please call by 2:00 PM, PST on the same or next business day from when the order was placed. We ship any orders received by 2:00PM PST, Monday thru Friday, at the earliest. Once the order leaves our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

WARRANTIES
A1 Binding Products is both a distributor and a manufacturer. On products that we manufacturer, we guarantee the product and the workmanship 100%. (Manufactured products binders, index tab dividers, copying service, CD and DVD duplication). The products may, however, be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). A1 Binding Products will assist its customers in warranty related issues, but cannot be responsible for any manufacturer's warranty information and/or dispute.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
A1 Binding Products, Inc. does offer technical support on any product that we sell. Customers (buyers) can contact customerservice@a1binding or the original equipment manufacturer for assistance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF A1 BINDING PRODUCTS, INC., (aka A1Binding.com) IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. A1 BINDING PRODUCTS, INC. SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. A1 Binding Products, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT A1 Binding Products, INC. IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES. A1 BINDING PRODUCTS, INC. DOES NOT, AND IS NOT, RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST DATA, ONLINE ERRORS, DISPLAYING ERRORS, ONLINE PAGE ERRORS, OR ANY ONLINE PROCESSING ERRORS THAT HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY MACHINES OR COMPUTERS.
